Contact usWill it ever make up a price?
No. Every quote comes from the price book you set up. If a job isn't in it, the agent says so and passes it to you. It never guesses.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every quote is an estimate, and the customer is told that up front. You see each conversation and quote as it happens, and you can correct the price, reply yourself or call the customer before anyone turns up. If the agent got it wrong because the price book was wrong, fix the price book once and it's fixed for every quote after that.
How does the 10% work?
You pay 10% of the quote, ex-GST, only when a customer books. There's a $5 minimum per booking, and no cap. No monthly fee and no setup fee.
When do you charge my card?
We add up the fees for each calendar month and charge the card on file once, shortly after the month ends, with an itemised statement listing every booking.
Does it work with my website?
Almost certainly. You paste one line of code into your site, or ask whoever looks after it to. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and hand-built sites. No website? We give you a link you can share from Google, Facebook or a text.
Can I take over a conversation?
Yes, any time. Open the conversation and start typing, and the agent steps back. You can also tell it which jobs to always hand to you, like emergencies or anything over a set amount.
Which trades does it work for?
Any trade that quotes from a price list. It started with plumbing and works the same way for electrical, carpentry, painting, handyman work and more. If you can write down what you charge, the agent can quote it.
How does the 10% work?
It's 10% of the quoted job price, with a $5 minimum. A $245.30 tap repair costs you $24.53. A $189 power point costs you $18.90. A $40 door adjustment costs you $5. Quotes are ex-GST. There's no cap.
What counts as a booking?
A booking is when a customer accepts a quote and picks a time through the agent. Chats, questions and quotes that don't turn into a booking cost nothing.
What if the customer cancels?
If you fully refund the customer, we refund our fee for that booking too. Let us know from the dashboard and it's sorted.
What if the price changes on site?
That's expected. Quotes are estimates, and you set the final price once you've seen the job. Our fee is based on the quote the customer booked from, so it doesn't change with the final invoice.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can set up and go live without a card. We'll ask for one before we charge any fees.
When do you charge my card?
We add up the fees for each calendar month and charge the card on file once, shortly after the month ends, with an itemised statement listing every booking.
Can my customers pay by card?
The customer's card is captured at booking and only charged once the job's done. Nothing up front: the charge only goes through at the price the customer booked from, and everything else is billed monthly.
Can I stop any time?
Yes. There's no lock-in and no monthly fee. Turn the agent off or remove it from your site whenever you like, and you only pay for bookings already made.
